Mes nesame ir neprisiimame įsipareigojimų (1) išlaikyti bet kokius komentarus konfidencialiai; (2) sumokėti kompensaciją už bet kokias pastabas; arba (3) atsakyti į bet kokias pastabas.
Mes galime, bet neprivalome, stebėti, redaguoti ar pašalinti turinį, kuris, mūsų nuožiūra, yra neteisėtas, įžeidžiantis, grasinantis, šmeižiantis, šmeižiantis, pornografinis, nepadorus ar kitaip nepriimtinas arba pažeidžiantis bet kurios šalies intelektinę nuosavybę arba šias Sąlygas.

Tik jūs atsakote už bet kokius savo komentarus ir jų tikslumą. Mes neprisiimame atsakomybės už jūsų ar bet kurios trečiosios šalies paskelbtus komentarus.

11 SKYRIUS – KLAIDOS, NETIKSLUMAI IR TRŪKUMAI
Kartais mūsų svetainėje arba Paslaugoje gali būti informacijos, kurioje yra spausdinimo klaidų, netikslumų ar praleidimų, kurie gali būti susiję su produktų aprašymais, kainomis, akcijomis, pasiūlymais, produktų pristatymo mokesčiais, siuntimo laiku ir prieinamumu. Mes neįsipareigojame atnaujinti, taisyti ar patikslinti informaciją Paslaugoje ar bet kurioje susijusioje svetainėje, įskaitant, bet neapsiribojant, informaciją apie kainas, išskyrus atvejus, kai to reikalauja įstatymai. Jokia nurodyta naujinimo ar atnaujinimo data, taikoma Paslaugoje ar bet kurioje susijusioje svetainėje, neturėtų būti laikoma nuoroda, kad visa Paslaugoje ar bet kurioje susijusioje svetainėje esanti informacija buvo pakeista arba atnaujinta.
12 SKYRIUS – DRAUDŽIAMAS NAUDOJIMAS
Be kitų paslaugų teikimo sąlygose nustatytų draudimų, jums draudžiama naudotis svetaine ar jos turiniu:
a) bet kokiu neteisėtu tikslu; (b) raginti kitus atlikti ar dalyvauti bet kokiuose neteisėtuose veiksmuose; (c) pažeisti bet kokius nacionalinius, tarptautinius, federalinius, provincijos ar valstijos reglamentus, taisykles, įstatymus ar vietinius potvarkius; (d) pažeisti arba pažeisti mūsų intelektinės nuosavybės teises arba kitų intelektinės nuosavybės teises; e) priekabiauti, piktnaudžiauti, įžeisti, žaloti, šmeižti, menkinti, bauginti arba diskriminuoti dėl lyties, seksualinės orientacijos, religijos, etninės priklausomybės, rasės, amžiaus, tautinės kilmės ar negalios; f) pateikti melagingą ar klaidinančią informaciją;
(g) įkelti ar perduoti virusus ar bet kokio kito tipo kenkėjišką kodą, kuris bus arba gali būti naudojamas bet kokiu būdu, kuris turės įtakos Paslaugos arba bet kurios susijusios svetainės, kitų svetainių ar interneto funkcionalumui ar veikimui; (h) rinkti arba sekti kitų asmeninę informaciją; i) siųsti el. pašto šiukšles, sukčiauti, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrap; j) teikti bet kokį nepadorų ar amoralų turinį; arba (k) trukdyti ar apeiti Paslaugos ar bet kurios susijusios svetainės, kitų svetainių ar interneto saugos funkcijas. Pasiliekame teisę nutraukti jūsų naudojimąsi Paslauga ar bet kuria susijusia svetaine dėl bet kurio draudžiamo naudojimo pažeidimo.
13 SKYRIUS – GARANTIJŲ ATSISAKYMAS; ATSAKOMYBĖS APRIBOJIMAS
Negarantuojame, kad mūsų paslauga bus nepertraukiamai teikiama visą laiką, saugiai ar be klaidų.
Negarantuojame, kad rezultatai, kuriuos galima gauti naudojantis paslauga, bus tikslūs ar patikimi.
Jūs sutinkate, kad laikas nuo laiko mes galime pašalinti paslaugą neribotam laikui arba atšaukti paslaugą bet kuriuo metu, apie tai neįspėję.
Jūs aiškiai sutinkate, kad naudojimosi paslauga arba negalėjimo ja naudotis riziką yra tik jūsų. Paslauga ir visi produktai bei paslaugos, teikiami jums naudojant paslaugą, (išskyrus tuos atvejus, kai mes aiškiai nurodėme) yra teikiami „tokie, kokie yra“ ir „kaip yra prieinami“ jūsų naudojimui, be jokių pareiškimų, garantijų ar sąlygų. arba numanomas, įskaitant visas numanomas garantijas arba tinkamumo parduoti, prekinės kokybės, tinkamumo tam tikram tikslui, patvarumo, nuosavybės teisės ir nepažeidimo sąlygos.
Duende interior, mūsų direktoriai, pareigūnai, darbuotojai, filialai, agentai, rangovai, stažuotojai, tiekėjai, paslaugų teikėjai ar licencijų išdavėjai jokiu būdu nėra atsakingi už bet kokią žalą, praradimus, pretenzijas ar bet kokius tiesioginius, netiesioginius, atsitiktinius, baudžiamuosius, specialius, arba bet kokios rūšies nuostolius, įskaitant, bet neapsiribojant, negautą pelną, prarastas pajamas, prarastas santaupas, duomenų praradimą, pakeitimo išlaidas ar bet kokią panašią žalą, pagrįstą sutartimi, deliktu (įskaitant aplaidumą), tiesiogine atsakomybe ar kitu būdu, kylančius iš jūsų naudojimasis bet kokia paslauga ar produktais, įsigytais naudojantis paslauga, arba dėl bet kokios kitos pretenzijos, bet kokiu būdu susijusios su jūsų naudojimusi paslauga ar bet kokiu produktu, įskaitant, bet tuo neapsiribojant, bet kokias bet kokio turinio klaidas ar praleidimus, arba bet kokie nuostoliai ar žala, patirta naudojantis paslauga arba bet kokiu turiniu (ar produktu), paskelbtu, perduotu ar kitaip prieinamu naudojantis paslauga, net jei apie jų galimybę buvo pranešta.
14 SKYRIUS – ŽALOS ATLYGINIMAS
Jūs sutinkate atlyginti žalą, ir laikyti neatsakinga Duende interior ir mūsų patronuojančias įmones, dukterines įmones, filialus, partnerius, pareigūnus, direktorius, agentus, rangovus, licencijų išdavėjus, paslaugų teikėjus, subrangovus, tiekėjus, stažuotojus ir darbuotojus, dėl bet kokių pretenzijų ar reikalavimų, įskaitant pagrįstus teisinio atstovavimo mokesčius, kuriuos sumokėjo bet kuri trečioji šalis dėl šių paslaugų teikimo sąlygų ar dokumentų, į kuriuos jos įtraukta kaip nuoroda, pažeidimo arba dėl bet kokių įstatymų ar trečiosios šalies teisių pažeidimo.
15 SKIRSNIS – NUOSTATŲ GALIOJIMAS
Jei nustatoma, kad kuri nors šių paslaugų teikimo sąlygų nuostata yra neteisėta, negaliojanti arba neįgyvendinama, tokia nuostata vis tiek bus vykdoma tiek, kiek leidžiama pagal galiojančius įstatymus, o neįgyvendinama dalis bus laikoma atskirta nuo šių sąlygų. Tokia negaliojanti nuostata neturi įtakos kitų likusių nuostatų galiojimui ir įgyvendinimui.
16 SKYRIUS – NUTRAUKIMAS
Šalių įsipareigojimai, atsiradę iki nutraukimo datos, galioja ir pasibaigus šiai Sutarčiai visais tikslais.
Šios paslaugų teikimo sąlygos galioja tol, kol jų nenutrauksite jūs arba mes. Galite bet kada nutraukti šias paslaugų teikimo sąlygas pranešdami mums, kad nebenorite naudotis mūsų paslaugomis arba kai nustojate naudotis mūsų svetaine.
Jei, mūsų vieninteliu sprendimu, jūs nesugebate arba įtariame, kad nesilaikėte bet kurios šių paslaugų teikimo sąlygų sąlygos ar nuostatos, mes taip pat galime nutraukti šią sutartį bet kuriuo metu be įspėjimo ir jūs būsite atsakingas už visas mokėtinas sumas. iki nutraukimo datos imtinai; ir (arba) atitinkamai gali neleisti jums pasiekti mūsų Paslaugų (ar bet kurios jų dalies).
17 SKYRIUS – VISAS SUTARTIS
Tai, kad mes nesinaudojame ar neįgyvendiname bet kurios teisės ar nuostatos pagal šias Paslaugų teikimo sąlygas, nereiškia, kad tokios teisės ar nuostatos atsisakysime.
Šios Paslaugų teikimo sąlygos ir bet kokia politika ar veiklos taisyklės, kurias mes paskelbėme šioje svetainėje arba susijusios su Paslauga, sudaro visą susitarimą ir supratimą tarp jūsų ir mūsų ir reglamentuoja jūsų naudojimąsi Paslauga, pakeičiant bet kokias ankstesnes ar vienkartines sutartis, pranešimus ir pasiūlymus, žodinius ar rašytinius, tarp jūsų ir mūsų (įskaitant, bet neapsiribojant, bet kokias ankstesnes paslaugų teikimo sąlygų versijas).
Bet kokie neaiškumai aiškinant šias paslaugų teikimo sąlygas negali būti traktuojami prieš šalį, kuri jas rengė.
18 SKYRIUS – TAIKOMA TEISĖ
Šios Paslaugų teikimo sąlygos ir visos atskiros sutartys, pagal kurias teikiame Jums Paslaugas, yra reglamentuojamos ir aiškinamos pagal Lietuvos Respublikos įstatymus.
19 SKYRIUS – PASLAUGŲ TEIKIMO SĄLYGŲ PAKEITIMAI
